These are so good and must try if you are lazy or feeling bored to eat nuts everyday
Ingredients :
- 1 cup Almonds
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 6-7 Pitted dates or more if you like more sweet
- 5-6 Apricots
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- Ghee/vegan butter or even almond butter .
Now Lets get to the procedure :
* Roast nuts , for 4 minutes keep aside

* Turn off stove , on the same hot pan add dates and apricots , This will make them soft just enough to blend

* Blend datesπͺ and apricots first
* Add chia seeds blend
* Add roasted nuts to the blender , blend πͺ coarsely .
Add Ghee/vegan melted butter just to bind, make round size balls and enjoy the yumminess .
